Sons - 19 and 13. Older one works full time, younger is film/tv actor and student at Costa Mesa High
Cat - Mr. Puggles - very tame, loving
No more pets, sorry.
Please be a neat, clean, organized and quiet person. No smoking or heavy drinking at home. I had an outside smoker until recently and found his whole room reeking of it as it had permeated the floors and walls just from his clothes. So sorry, that's convinced me I want no smoking here, not even outside anymore.
Current roommate in larger room moving out on March 1st. Utilities are divided between myself, my son and other two roommates. (4-way split)
Great house, very clean and quiet, all new appliances, wireless internet, washer/dryer use, lots of kitchen space, great back yard to relax and sip your coffee!
